Gmt has been a game changer for me. I’m able to see 5-10 more patients a day and the quality of the notes are outstanding. I love the iphone platform and i love the setup online for editing notes.

gmt as a platform enables physicians to efficiently stay on top of increasingly complex workflows with increasing documentation requirements. Gmt has taken our practice from having physicians with several hundred outstanding dictations to the same physicians routinely having none. The revenue cycle has lost 1+ days on the front end and the collateral dictation staff labor has reduced significantly. Lots of manual labor and chasing after physicians to physically or electronically sign are replaced by a weekly email in the evening where the majority of our physicians sign their physicians once they’ve left the office. The leadership and staff at gmt are truly second to none. They are congenial, helpful, and fast which is difficult to achieve. The entire startup process was easy and transparent, the application is easy to use and integration with our ehr was tight. I would fully recommend the product to any practice.

our physicians have resisted change to their dictation equipment and methods for years. However, the gmt app demo alone sold my docs on gmt. They love the convenience, the technology, that they can see their last note right on their device without having to log in anywhere….In fact they use their gmt app to look up patient clinical histories when they are on call. We have physicians that have always been behind in their dictations. However, since we began using gmt, the physicians are now caught up. They like the ease of gmt, the customization gmt has provided for each physician, and the excellent support.

Gmt’s excellent software has resulted in significantly reducing our number of visit to billing days–decreasing a/r and increasing cash flow. The checks and balances with the mobile app and reporting system prevents “missed” notes which makes for happy physicians and staff. There is a noticeable increase in productivity and less time documenting.
